Our History
Giant Steps Children's Centre began as Giant Steps Academy established
in 2002. The Academy was a licensed Preschool offering morning and afternoon classes to 14 children ages 3- 5 years. With
much hard work and determination (thanks to our family and friends) we grew to be Giant Steps Children's Centre Incorporated
in September 2004. Giant Steps Children's Centre is a privately-owned, family oriented, licensed child care centre committed
to providing high quality, affordable child care to families. Striving for excellence we employ educated and experienced Early
Childhood Professionals to optimize our curriculum and implement our policies and procedures. Giant Steps is a licensed Centre
for 74 Children ranging in ages from 18 months to 12 years. We offer full and part time daycare, before and after school care
and a morning and extended preschool program.
